How to use the fantasy points calculator
The fantasy points calculator applies the selected league weights directly to the entered stat line and plots each scoring contribution. Preset and custom values stay visible so a commissioner can reconcile the total with league settings.
A transparent fantasy score, not a black box
This fantasy points calculator exposes every scoring category instead of returning one unexplained number. Select PPR, half-PPR or non-PPR, then enter the official player stat line. The result separates passing, rushing, receiving, kicking, conversion and turnover points so a league manager can audit the score category by category.
Preset scoring and league differences
Common football leagues award one point per 25 passing yards, four points per passing touchdown, one point per 10 rushing or receiving yards and six points per rushing or receiving touchdown. Reception scoring varies most: PPR adds one point per catch, half-PPR adds one-half point, and non-PPR adds none. League settings can override every category, so the custom mode remains available.
Negative plays, bonuses and stat corrections
Interceptions and lost fumbles reduce the total under the selected preset. The calculator also includes two-point conversions, field goals and extra points. Platform scoring may add yardage bonuses, long-play bonuses, first downs, return yards or position-specific rules. Use custom scoring when the league commissioner has changed the defaults.
Using the result responsibly
The fantasy points calculator estimates a score from the numbers entered; it does not retrieve live sports data or override an official platform. Final league totals can change after the NFL or a fantasy provider issues a statistical correction. Compare the calculator breakdown with the league scoring page when a matchup is close.
Fantasy Points Calculator questions
Does PPR change rushing or receiving yard points?
No. PPR changes the points awarded for receptions. Yardage and touchdown values remain separate unless the league changes them.
Why does my platform show a different score?
Your league may use custom bonuses, different turnover values, fractional kicking, return statistics or official stat corrections. Match the custom weights to the league settings.
Can this fantasy points calculator score quarterbacks and kickers?
Yes. Enter the categories that apply. Unused categories can remain zero, and the breakdown will show only the contributing sections.
